The Role:
We’re looking for an LMS expert to join our team! As the key player in managing our learning management system, you’ll ensure it runs seamlessly and provides engaging learning experiences. With your technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, you’ll oversee daily admin tasks, enhance user engagement, and lead our L&D tech projects. If you’re passionate about using technology to make learning fun and effective, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day to day administration of the LMS (Docebo), including tasks like user management, course creation and organising content.
* Take the lead on all technical projects, especially the development of the LMS platform and implementing new features.
* Manage and update integrations between the LMS and other systems (such as HRIS) and automate processes
* Enhance user engagement through insights gained from analytics
* Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for the management of the LMS and provide training and technical support to our power users
* Ensure the LMS meets all regulations, perform regular audits, and keep data accurate and secure.
* Work with our LMS provider and other tech suppliers to get the best tools and services.
* Collaborate on additional technical projects as required.
Hybrid role located in our Nuneaton Hub twice per week.
The Person:
Key Requirements: 
* Experience managing an LMS for a global business (Docebo is highly desirable)
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with APIs, including implementation and maintenance
* Ability to analyse data and reports for improvement purposes.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
* Highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
