Sales Development Representative
£30,000 - £35,000 OTE £55,000
Hybrid/Remote 

My clients’ credentials are impressive, they have experienced phenomenal growth and now want to add an ambitious SDR to their already successful team.
Whilst SaaS experience is preferred, they really want to recruit based on ambition, hunger and an appetite to learn.

Are you a hunter? Do you enjoy handling the end-to-end sales process? From cold calling through to sitting demonstrations and negotiating contracts? this sales role will help develop a salesperson whilst offering them a brand new challenge.

The Role 
* Identifying sales opportunities through warm leads, cold calling, networking, exhibitions and more. With the approach of ’leaving no stone unturned’- you must be passionate about new business sales
* Previous experience selling to a mixed customer base, comfortable speaking to Stakeholders and all levels
* Offering solutions to customers
* Conducting thorough fact find with potential customers before booking them in for a demonstration with you
* Demonstrating SaaS platforms both in person and via virtual meetings 
* Modelling customer specific proposals and any supporting documentation
* Commercial awareness/ business acumen is integral to the success of this role
* Following up on conversations, diary management ensuring prospects are contacted in a timely manner
* Pursue prospective clients via multiple communication channels as well as meeting high value prospects.
* Act as a team player working within a high performing sales team on forthcoming opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in compliance, safety, operations, built environment, and facilities functions.
* Working to KPI’s

The candidate
* Proven track record in sales, new business, cold calling, face to face selling
* Ability to influence others with strong negotiation skills
* Great attention to detail 
* Able to work to deadlines
* Solutions orientated
* Experienced with technology is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. 
* Be extremely driven to succeed
* Eager to learn about how and why things work.
* Ability to work individually and within a team 
* Proven track record in driving business growth and generating revenue
