Package: £24K - £25K basic salary + uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE) (Year 2 OTE £50K)

The Role:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
* Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
* Managing your candidate database.
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
