Job Description:
Are you looking for your next opportunity to become an Office Admin? We have the perfect opportunity for you to start immediately in Dagenham, RM13 8GJ.
The ideal candidate must be solutions driven with strong-problem solving skills and have a good eye for details. You will have extensive knowledge in providing operational office support and office management. This role will give you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the running and organisation of the office. Good knowledge of IT and previous office admin experience is a plus.
Your pay rate as an Office Admin will be £11.44 per hour. You will be working from Monday to Friday (hours will be confirmed at the interview)
General overview of your responsibilities as an Office Admin:
* Daily running of the office
* Support the GM with any specific tasks requested.
* Monitor all enquiries.
* HR duties including staff holiday, sickness, new starter packs and more.
* Prepare payroll information on a weekly basis.
* Raising invoices, placing orders.
* Keep in the loop with all contracts to ensure contract administrators are handling all issues.
* Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Our ideal candidate as an Office Admin:
* Previous office experience or experience in a similar role (not necessarily in the logistics sector) is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and exemplary prioritisation skills
* It is crucial in this role that you possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills and be familiar with Word / Excel
* Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks on your own accord
