Role & Responsibilities: As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to your solicitors across various legal departments.
* Document Management: Prepare, format, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Client Interaction: Handle client enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage communication, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times.
* File Management: Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Diary Management: Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and arrange travel where necessary.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other secretaries and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations across the firm.
About You: * Experience: You must have previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a legal administrative role.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with legal document management systems.
* Personality: We’re looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual who can bring energy to the team and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
