Job Description:
Mobile Service Engineer - Air Conditioning - Bristol, Swindon, Oxford etc - Up to £50,000 (OTE up to £65,000)
8am - 4:30pm with overtime paid (including travel)
Ideal Qualifications
* City and Guilds 2079 FGAS Category 4
* City and Guilds Refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps
Experience
* Field Based experience in fault finding, repairs and PPM on all M&E systems
* Knowledge of HVAC systems
* Good knowledge of Legionella & L8 water temp testing
* Be experienced in low level statutory compliance tasks, inc. emergency lighting flick tests, monthly tap temp readings, meter readings, etc
* Should have a basic knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC Controls
Responsibilities
* Attend planned/scheduled PPM visits
* Attend to breakdowns and repairs
* Complete small installations
* Complete site surveys and assist in compiling tenders (materials/labour assessments)
* Participate in an on-call rota system
* Required to complete daily Job reports
* Providing client at site level with advice and clear explanations
* Providing advice and guidance to other engineers
