RG Consultancy are working with a fast growing security company based in Wilmslow who are recruiting a Management Accountant due to company growth. This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity for a driven Management Accountant who would like to progress, grow and develop within the business. The Role
* To support the finance manager with the overseeing and management of the finance department
* Monthly preparation of management accounts
* Bank reconciliations
* Accruals & prepayments
* Preparation of monthly packs for directors and business managers
* Balance sheet reconciliations including inter-company accounts
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting
* Maintain fixed asset register
* Preparation and submission of VAT Returns
* Support in the development and training of an assistant management accountant
The Person
* At least 2 years experience as an assistant/management accountant
* Part qualified CIMA or ACCA and studying/finalist is preferred
* Strong MS Excel skills
* Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent attention to details and accuracy
* Use of SAGE would be an advantage but not essential
