Your Role:
* Handle predominantly inbound leads (90%) generated from website and marketing efforts
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, typically 1-2 weeks
* Enjoy full autonomy early in your role - the exact opposite of a micro-managing environment
* Benefit from a staggered target system, with no targets in your first monthand then gradual targets until you’re up to speed
