Customer Service Advisor
Castle Donnington (Onsite)
£25,000
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Introduction to the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large family-run business that have over 20 years experience of delivering an excellent service to their customers.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working collaboratively in the Customer Service team to build strong relationships and ensure all customer requirements are dealt with efficiently.

Description of the role:
* Managing and resolving customer enquiries, taking ownership from start to finish.
* Recording customer information accurately onto the system.
* Liaising with customers via both phone and email.
* Building strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Processing orders.
* Root cause analysis of common issues and anomalies.
* Dealing with customer complaints.
About you:
* Experience of working within a Customer Service role being able to build strong relationships.
* Excellent problem-solving skills being able to investigate anomalies and issues.
* IT literate including Word & Excel.
* Able to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
* Negotiation and influencing skills when dealing with customer accounts.
