Key Responsibilities
*Review and Prioritize: Handle instructions, correspondence, and escalate as needed. Organize your workload efficiently to meet KPIs and critical dates.
*Investigate and Transfer: Identify quantum, liability, and Third Party indemnity issues promptly. Ensure files transferred to litigation are well-prepared.
*Case Management Excellence: Utilize our advanced case management system to maintain accurate records, meet SLAs, and document actions and strategies.
