Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a Payments firm based in Central London to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Clerk for a 4 month temporary role.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Clerk for a 4 month temporary assignment.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Processing invoices - circa 50 per week
* Queries
* Payment runs twice per month
* Expenses
* Supplier reconciliations
* Credit card reconciliations
* System: NetSuite
Profile:
The successful temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk will be a proactive individual, have at least 1+ years experience working within a fast paced Accounts Payable environment and have worked with NetSuite previously.
You must be on no more than a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Payments firm based in the Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate Accounts Payable Clerk for 4 months. This role is hybrid based and will be based in the office at least 3 days per week.
Salary & Benefits:
This temporary Accounts Payable role will be paying circa £16 - £18 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
