We are seeking a Technical Team Leader within the Personal Injury Technical Claims team to be a pro-active thinker who is highly motivated and leads from front.
Leading a team of experienced handlers that manage and settle higher value, complex injury claims (generally up to £100k in value). The Technical Team Leader has a pivotal role in ensuring the team achieves the highest standards of technical quality across every claim they manage.
You will use your claims experience to maximise the imparting of technical knowledge to the team by way of mentoring and coaching, claims and performance reviews while managing relationships with all stakeholders and suppliers.
Additionally you will have your own smaller caseload of more complex PI claims so the role is very hands on with clients.
