Our client is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated façade, wall and roof systems. With a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence, they are an established and trusted name in the industry.
To support growth, they are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join their UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform static calculations for sandwich elements.
* Provide technical support assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Preparation of technical drawings as per project requirements.
* Visit client sites to provide on-site technical support and training.
* Conduct training sessions and create support documentation for customers.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in technical support, design, or a similar role.
* Advanced skills in CAD software.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or other 3D software.
* Knowledge of SandStat.
* Experience in the sandwich panels / modular building industry.
