Product Owner - Bury St Edmunds - £60,000
Fully onsite for the first 6-9 months, then hybrid model

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join my clients’ team, working directly with their Managing Director and cross-functional teams to enhance their suite of software products. Key Responsibilities:
* Product Insight: Develop a deep understanding of your product, its users, market, competition, and future trends to drive its success.
* Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis across our user and partner base to identify client requirements, advancing the functionality and value of the product.
* Project Scoping: Lead project scoping and business requirements elicitation, translating these into technical requirements and user stories to achieve project objectives.
* Documentation: Write comprehensive requirements documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and associated Acceptance Criteria.
* Sprint Participation: Actively participate in the sprint process (planning, reviews, and retrospectives), playing a key role in prioritizing and supporting the development process.
* Roadmap Planning: Assist in planning the ongoing product roadmap and backlog, ensuring requirements are high quality and contain all necessary information for the development team.
* Development Support: Support the development teams throughout delivery, answering questions and making well-considered course corrections when necessary.
* Communication: Produce all appropriate documentation to ensure both ongoing development and releases are communicated clearly to both the business and the client base.
* Collaboration: Work with other Product Owners across the business to consolidate and strengthen the links between the entire product suite.
* Professional Services Support: Collaborate with our Professional Services team to ensure the product meets customer needs and assist with complex projects and implementations.
* Customer Services Support: Work with our Customer Services team to ensure they have the skills and processes in place to effectively support our products.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably with a financial background.
* Strong ability to translate business strategies into technical roadmaps.
* Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
* Exceptional research, analysis, and documentation skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work fully onsite for the first 6-9 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.
