NEIGHBOURHOOD OFFICER IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED - CAERPHILLY
 
LOCATION:           Caerphilly
DURATION:           Temporary contract (6 weeks)
HOURS:                 Full time.
SALARY:               £15-17/hour +holiday pay. (negotiable)
  
  
Are you an experienced housing professional? Have you worked to managed tenancy’s and ASB? Are you committed to making a positive difference where it counts most?
If so, BRC are seeking a Neighbourhood Manager to join a fantastic team in Monmouth for an immediate start.
  
Responsibilities include:
  
* Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional housing service.
* Managing vacant properties.
* Ensuring that properties are allocated as quickly as possible.
* Managing ASB in an effective and proactive manner.
* Signposting to relevant partner agencies.
* Making a positive contribution to the team.
* Ensuring a smooth line of communication is maintained at all times.
* Offering informed advice regarding home improvements.
* Resolving disputes as efficiently as possible.
* Managing an individual workload effectively.
  
Requirements:
* Demonstrating strong knowledge of the housing sector is essential for this position, including tenancy management and housing law.
* The right candidate will hold excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills are required.
* The ability to manage cases independently.
* Attention to detail is key for this post.
* The right candidate will bring a positive ’can-do’ attitude to the team.
