Office Administrator - £28,000 - Bury St. Edmunds (Fully onsite)
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic finance team? We are seeking a dedicated individual to handle Contracts, Orders, and General Administration.
In this role, you will work closely with the Contracts and Orders Coordinator, ensuring smooth processing of invoices, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contracts and Orders: Collaborate with the Contracts and Orders Coordinator to manage invoices, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations using the Contracts module on Sage.
* Detail-Oriented: Ensure all financial documents and processes are accurate and timely, particularly during busy monthly renewal periods.
* General Administration: Perform general office management duties such as ordering stationery, coffee/tea, and other supplies, arranging maintenance and repairs, renewing lease vehicles, handling insurance payments, and liaising with landlords.
* Office Management: Organize fire alarm checks, greet visitors, and arrange beverages/lunches for workshops and meetings.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to support various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
Qualifications:
* Organised: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
* Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
* Financial Background: Preferable, but not essential.
* Pragmatic: Practical approach to problem-solving.
* Communication: Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor when meeting and greeting visitors.
