We are recruiting experienced Machine Minders at this busy site.

Working hours and rate of pay;

Monday to Friday
Working a weekly shift rotation; 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm. Must be able to do both shifts
Early shift pays £12.83 an hour, lates £14.11 an hour.
There are occasionally night shifts too paying £14.75

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

-You will be responsible for supporting production activity, maximising line performance and creating and monitoring operating procedures. You will also ensure 100% compliance and "right first time", promoting best operational practice

The successful Machine Minder must:

-Machine minding in the production area.
-Document and monitor line performance.
-Work in all areas of the production facility, identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Candidates ideally will have experience in FMCG.
-Excellent Machine Operative skills.
-Must have own transportation to get to site.
