Job Description:
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + monthly bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 5PM
Are you a people person with a passion for recruitment? Pertemps in Glasgow City Centre is on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our bustling team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the thrill of finding the perfect candidate, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities: * Conduct phone screening interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications
* Schedule interviews and liaise directly with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations
* Update candidate records and job postings in our CRM
* Post positions to various job boards and manage our social media presence
* Ensure a top-notch candidate experience from start to finish
* Conduct right to work checks
* Scan and upload interview documentation
* Generate leads through research calls and sales calls
* Handle additional ad hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate: * Driving license beneficial
* Sales experience a plus
* Basic knowledge of right to work legislation
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under high pressure and tight deadlines
* Willingness to work overtime as needed on a weekly basis
* Experience in administrative, recruitment, and/or human resources preferred
* Proficiency with the MS Office package
