AJ Chambers are excited to be working with our client based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Solicitor/ Conveyancer who is experienced in dealing with High Net Worth value (£2m minimum) property transactions.
This role is to service existing clients from across the firm and also focus on growing the
high-net-worth residential conveyancing practice that the team currently have. You will be able to leverage your established contacts in this market, as well as use your business development skills to attract new work.
You will have:-
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE
* A solid network of contacts in the market and ability to actively promote and build the firms profile, engaging in new business development activities
* Ability to demonstrate previous experience in residential conveyancing working with High Net Worth clients on sizable property transactions
* A salary between £40,000 to £48,000 plus considerable commission/bonus package
* Company Pension - 4% + 4%
* Life insurance - 3x annual salary
* Potential for parking
