* Quality and Consistency of Food & Drink Experience is essential

JOB ROLE / DUTIES
* Packaging of all beers to relevant standards.
* Maintain packaging, inventory, and housekeeping paperwork.
* Operate packaging equipment.
* Detailed shift handover.
* Preparation of packaging lines including maintenance and changeovers.
* Work safely.
* Recording all data to production sheets, database, and business software.
* Ensure cleanliness & sanitation of all equipment, tanks, and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality.
* Have a passion for quality beer and quality workmanship.
* Work well with co-workers.
* Work safely within tight spaces and with various cleaning / sterilisation chemicals.
Other responsibilities:

· A strong mechanical aptitude is a major plus.

· All duties as outlined in the production shift duty checklist.

· Work with and report any mechanical issues to the Shift Leader / Brewery/ Packaging Manager.

· Operate a forklift safely.

· Assist other employees as necessary.

· Willingness to work flexible schedules as required.
