Customer Sales Advisor
Birmingham (Close to Birmingham New Street Station)
£24,000
Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota
Training in London (Travel & Accommodation Provided)
Introduction to the Company

You will be responsible for assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email to discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions.
You will up-sell additional products and services where possible whilst dealing with enquiries and converting them to orders.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota
Description of the role:
* Identifying and quantifying the potential leads for each customer.
* Dealing with enquiries via the website, face-to-face and over the phone.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for all staff and customers.
* Completing all administrative duties.
* Working as a team to achieve targets.
About you:
* Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
* Able to communicate with customers over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
* Effective up-selling skills and able to work to targets.
* IT literate including Microsoft Office and using bespoke systems.
