Technical Business Analyst: E-Invoicing - Portugal - Remote (mostly)
We have recently partnered with a leader in flexible workspace solutions focused on delivering digital propositions and positioning themselves as the forefront digital-first workspace provider. They are looking for a Business Analyst in e-invoicing. You as the Business Analyst would need to have a background in invoicing/e-invoicing with possible implementation experience in a MS environment.
You as the Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding the business, modelling their processes in the context of the ERP, using the platform’s strength to meet requirements, and design the end-to-end solution. You as the Technical Business Analyst will manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will prepare process models, diagrams, and workflow charts by studying systems capabilities and enhance the current ERP system. You as the Technical Business Analyst will translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements and detailed user stories.
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as Technical BA with E-invoicing operations experience.
* Working knowledge or experience in the following:
* Invoicing/E-invoicing function experience
* Finance and Operation ERP end to end implementation
* Microsoft environment experience.
* Process Mapping
* Functional Design
* System Design
* Lucid Charts
* LeanIX (beneficial)
Note. The level is slightly flexible so if you’re slightly less or more experienced as Technical Business Analyst please do reach out. The full job spec will be shared accordingly.
Salary - up to €60000 with a 10% bonus.
Location - Remote mostly but will be required to travel to the Porto office
Duration - Permanent.
