My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Environmental Consultant to join their Team of Engineers and Consultants based in Edinburgh.
Alternative locations across the Scotland.
Applicants are required to have a BSc or MSc in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy as an Environmental Consultant or Environmental Advisor completing or co-ordinating ES Statements and/or Environmental Impact Assessments.
Candidates are required to have experience in environmental compliance and coordinating reports, surface water management plans and pollution incidents.
As an Environmental Consultant /Environmental Advisor you will have the opportunity to work on varied residential, pollution incidents, ecological and offshore renewable energy schemes for Local Authorities, Water Companies, Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.
Candidates will be required to complete;
-Co-ordinate Environmental Impact Assessments.
-Environmental Statements and Mitigation.
-Site Specific Surface Water Management Plans.
-Pollution Prevention Plans.
-Environmental Management Plans.
-EIA project management including managing and tracking project development.
-Site Surveys across Scotland.
-Frequent meetings with Clients to discuss project development.
