I am looking for a confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their support services team. The ideal candidate for this role will interact well with people at all levels and be capable of communicating technical information in a clear, non-technical language.
 
Your focus will be on managing all aspects of the company mobile phone portfolio for the London region, including ordering, setting up, and distributing mobile phones to new starters, handling renewals, managing repair needs, and maintaining the asset database.
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to:
* Break down and understand complex information
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Demonstrate customer focus in providing support to users
* Be proficient in managing and prioritising personal workload
* Capable of reporting on progress, timescales, and activities both outstanding and completed.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Manage and record the disposal of retired, lost, damaged, or defective devices.
* Handle all mobile phone queries in London, including troubleshooting.
* Respond to technical assistance requests in person, via phone, chat, or email.
* Address tickets regarding mobile phones through the Freshservice system.
