Responsibilities:
* Deliver top-notch customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
* Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.

* Record detailed notes in the CRM system after each interaction.
* Anticipate customer needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Handle damage, loss, and contract management.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
