Administrator - IMMEDIATE START
£12.50 per hour
Cheltenham Outskirts
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
My client, is looking for an efficient, organised administrator to join their friendly team for 3 week holiday cover.
You will be responsible for data entry and liaising with the administration and sales teams. This would suit an individual who enjoys working within a busy, fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Data entry
* Work closely with the customer service team
* Process customer orders and input orders onto the system
* Allocate and respond to customer and supplier enquiries, providing excellent customer service
* Provide administrative support to the wider sales team
* Liaise with other teams and collate information
The person:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience within any of the following: administration/sales administration/customer service administration/order processing/stock administration
* Good IT skills including accurate data entry
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to use own initiative with a flexible “can-do” approach
* Be able to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Good attention to detail
* Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
