The Company
Management Accountant - High Growth Business - Hybrid Working - Study Support Available.
Nigel Wright have been appointed on an exclusive basis to work with a high growth, dynamic organisation in recruiting a Management Accountant to join their team. This a great role offering the Management Accountant development and career progression. Those that are part qualified or newly qualified wil be considered.
The role
The Management Accountant duties will include:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and take ownership of the month-end process. This includes accruals, prepayments, journals
* Assess the performance of the business by producing and analysing KPIs, trackers and reports.
* Develop a new management reporting pack for internal and external stakeholders.
* In-depth understanding and analysis of revenue to be able to produce insight and reports
* Produce accurate sales invoices, liaise with customers and perform credit control where needed
* Manage the cash flow of the Group.
* Understanding cost areas of the business (e.g hosting) and bring additional improvements and insights to these areas
* Assist with the annual audit of the Group
* Work with multiple stakeholders around the business and the wider Group as a primary point of contact for the Finance team

* Salary of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and level of qualification

Requirements
The requirements for the Management Accountant role are as follows:
* Preferably a part/fully qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant (study support will be provided)
* Microsoft Excel proficient
* Experience with working with large amounts of data
* An approachable, enthusiastic person who can build relationships and work alongside a dynamic workforce
* Experience of working flexibly to meet deadlines with the ability to manage own time and agenda
