We are looking for a Newly Qualified Auditor from a large or medium sized practice, to join a Large Advertising Agency, who are a subsidiary of one of the Big 4 in the Advertising industry, as a Compliance/Financial Controls Manager. Paying £60k and based in Central London with hybrid working, this position will have a great deal of exposure to many different areas of the business, giving this individual the ideal opportunity to progress into a number of different teams.
The Role
* Assist the regional team to perform reviews on compliance reporting submitted by local operating units in EMEA and raise questions where necessary.
* Quarterly compliance certification - an overall review of the control environment for various perspective e.g. Finance, IT, Data Privacy and Client contractual compliance
* Being the main point of contact with all audits which take place and ensuring remediation as and when needed.
* Statutory and internal audits for the Main agency.
* Working with the Financial Reporting and Commercial Finance Teams to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities in respect of any audits that may take place, and performing internal audits of these teams.
* ISO-9001: helping the group internal team in charge of this certification on the supplier management and due diligence aspects, and ensuring processes are followed
