Job Description:
This role involves providing daily support to Relationship Managers and their customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service with a focus on building relationships and increasing business.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products and services.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions including payments, transfers, and foreign exchange.
* Monitor client accounts for compliance with regulatory and bank policies.
* Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank’s products, services, and systems to provide accurate and efficient support.

Key Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working in a client-focused role in financial services
* Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic would be an advantage
* Collaborative approach to working with Relationship Managers and other team members.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing client information and transactions.
