Role & Responsibilities
* Applying creativity to continually improve the learning content design, enabling core messages to be delivered in an engaging and interactive way, taking into account the hybrid working model that is in place during the training delivery.
* Deliver effective training sessions accommodating various learning styles, and behaviours.
* Apply flexibility and clarity when presenting challenging topics.
* Amend and revise training materials as needed.
* Work with other members of the team to ensure consistent and cohesive delivery of key messages.
* Provide floorwalking and additional training support post live implementation, to consider suitable options for a flexible blend of face to face and remote support.
Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
* have Wealth Management experience.
* have experience in defining training approaches, and delivery of training materials both face to face and in a virtual environment.
* have experience in training Investment Management systems or similar.
* have financial services knowledge, understanding of the core processes that the group is involved in.
* have experience in working with large change transformational projects.
* ideally be TAP (or similar) qualified, although not essential.
* be experienced in training design and delivery.
* ideally be conversant with using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
