CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS!
BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE - FULL-TIME OFFICE BASED
UP TO £25K, PERMANENT

This company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their queries
- Escalating complex queries to the appropriate team member
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience

SKILLS:

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve customer queries
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Please note, this role works on several shift patterns, within the working hours of Monday - Friday (7.30am - 7pm) with the occasional weekend working also, post initial training period.
