The Client
Our client is a UK Private Bank with International exposure in varied activities in banking, financial planning, and investment management.
The Role
THIS ROLE REQUIRES A FLUENT GREEK SPEAKER
The Client Onboarding Analyst / Client Services will be assisting the Client Relationship Officers with client-related administration for client migration and account opening migrating a portfolio of clients from one business entity to another. The Client Onboarding Analyst will have had previous experience of opening accounts for High Net Worth and Institutional clients and will be familiar with all KYC/AML requirements and processes.
The Client Onboarding Analyst / Client Services will liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver for clients in scope: Account opening (accurate and complete due diligence and client information packs) and Record keeping (maintenance of comprehensive client, business and transaction records) and ensuring all data is recorded and maintained in the systems.
The Client Onboarding Analyst /Client Services will adhere to policies regarding Conduct Rules and regulatory obligations for each booking location.
The Client Onboarding Analyst / Client Services will follow the risk management framework (training and adherence to policies and processes)
The Client Onboarding Analyst / Client Services will manage and complete an ongoing review of the risks and controls relevant to the role whilst being alert to new risks, breaches or issues and reporting them in line with formal processes.
The Client Onboarding Analyst will comply with 1st line of defence obligations and will interact with clients and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance and offshore entities as required.
The Candidate
1-2 years experience working within a Banking Background within one of the following functions:
* Client onboarding / administration / Account Opening
* AML or KYC Analyst
* Client Services/Assistant Relationship Manager/ Client Support Officer
