Job Description:
An opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow their online presence. They specialise in creating engaging and visually stunning content for a variety of platforms including email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in growing the client base and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the digital marketing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions
* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
* Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the digital marketing industry
* Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web design
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
