* Holds a minimum 2:1 degree (Psychology graduates are particularly encouraged to apply).
* Has a strong academic background, including A-Levels.
* Possesses experience working in an educational setting.
* Demonstrates a desire to learn and support others.
* Has a patient and supportive demeanor.
