Resourcer – Education Recruitment
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

TeacherActive are one of the leading providers of supply teachers and teaching support staff in the UK. We have a reputation for great quality and service and have been operating for over 19 years, we are currently recruiting in our office in the city centre for a Resourcer.

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer:
* Posting adverts to generate good responses
* Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they’re looking for
* Screening applicants on the phone
* Interviewing and registering candidates
* Selling to your candidates
* Assisting in filling vacancies
Key skills required:
* Drive, determination and motivation
* Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management skills
* Confident and resilient personality
* Strong communications skills with the ability to build rapport
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to build relationships
Working Hours:
* Term time- 07:30am start finishing between 4:30-5:30pm
* School holidays - Reduced working hours with opportunities to finish early
* Office based - full time
