Job Description:
As a People Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and optimising the processes related to managing people. You will use your HR knowledge to implement improvements and updates to the system used for these processes. Your work will ensure that these changes are consistent with legislation, the organisation’s policies and long-term goals.

What you will be doing... 
* Team up with project managers, product owners and other key players to drive exciting upgrades and improvements including integrating third party tools. 
* Create documentation for platform changes, including requirements and updates. 
* Ensure the platform stays current with People policies and legislation. 
* Improve People Service by identifying challenges and suggesting fixes. 
* Develop detailed process documents and KPIs for the People Team. 
* Use service desk data to enhance performance and create support materials. 
* Work with IT and finance to automate and streamline processes. 
* Collaborate with the Head of People on team resourcing and cross-training. 
* Drive staff engagement and product excellence as a change champion. 
* Lead continuous improvements across the supply chain and address root issues. 
* Partner with regional champions to solve on-park issues. 
* Present solutions to key stakeholders for decision-making.
