We have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Operations Lead for our Commercial Engine Services business. Reporting to Global AR Leader, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth, while managing company risk/reward.

We are open to the base location to be from any of our GE UK locations, and it will be offered on a 2/3 hybrid (3 days in the office per week). Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities


* Collaborates and manages accounts receivable process with JV Partner Safran
* Partnering with sales, operations, and finance leadership; focusing on driving down the past dues by leading process improvement projects & establishing past due management operating rhythms.
* Assisting in past due cash collection forecasting & assessing top coming due invoices at risk
* Assisting the CES AR leader with impact projects, ad-hoc requests & leadership data submissions.
* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements, and works to build consensus.
Required Qualifications

* Relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university., or equivalent experience
* Significant experience in operations Accounts Receivable and/ or in an operational finance function
* Knowledge of Accounts Receivable accounting flows, including entire order to cash process.
