Description
* Oversee all company accounts and investments.
* Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
* Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
* Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly transaction levels
* Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
* Line manage a successful and established team
* Conduct regular meeting with budget holders across the business
* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
* Develop budgets and financial plans for the company
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA or Qualified by experience in a relevant/similar industry
* Familiarity with financial software - EXCEL and comfortable with analysing high volumes of data
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Sharp time management skills.
* Strong ethics, with a high level of honesty and integrity.
* A strong team player who is comfortable with being an integral part of senior management
