IT Technician
Edinburgh/Hybrid Working
£25,000 - £35,000
Main Duties:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Maintain and manage the company’s IT infrastructure.
* Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.
* Monitor and ensure IT security and compliance.
* Manage user accounts and permissions.
* Support office equipment, including printers and telephony systems.
Tech Stack:
* Windows Server and Active Directory
* Office 365 administration
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP)
* Hardware troubleshooting and repair
* Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare)
* Software deployment and patch management
