Job Description:
Reward Manager
We are recruiting for a Part-Time Reward Manager on a 12month fixed term contract to join a friendly, and professional People team working for a National Health and Social Care Charity.
* Hours: 22.5 Part time
* Contract: 12months
* Full time Salary: £49,000 to £51,000 (pro rata)
* Location: Home or hybrid working.
Working as part of the HR Transformation and Systems workstream you will lead a review of the Companies approach to pay and reward, identify, and implement robust processes and make recommendations for the future.

Role
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, the Reward Manager role will play a critical role in reviewing the current approach to pay and reward and looking at the way in which processes can be improved and become more robust.
* Lead on the development of and provide expert advice to HR, finance, the Executive, directors, and other key stakeholders on the approach to pay, reward, benefits, and employee/ volunteer recognition.
* Lead the development of the reward policy and associated pay-related policies and processes. This role will redesign and implement changes to the benchmarking and market analysis process.
* Support the HR Team, Director of People and Head of HR with the annual pay review process. This role will lead under the direction of the Head of HR the Executive Pay Benchmarking and Review process.
Skills and Experience
* Significant experience in a Reward specialist role and successfully delivering on reward and benefits projects.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
* The ability to engage with stakeholders and to gain support of and buy in to recommended ways of working, policies, and practices.
