We have newly created ’People & Culture Business Partner’ roles, where you’ll be responsible for your own group of ’Searchers through their full LifeSearch career.
True generalist experience is needed as there will be exciting project work & ’business as usual’ activities across the full People & Culture remit. Together our aim is to drive Excellence across our business whilst maintaining the Care which is a trademark of our team. We want our business to remain a brilliant place to work with happy, motivated, successful ’Searchers delivering their part towards our purpose and strategy.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days required in the office. Our offices are based in Leeds, Milton Keynes & London so your home base would need to be in a commutable distance to one of our offices.

· Starting salary of £42,425 (rising to £44,400 in March 2025)
· A potential 7% bonus based on the delivery of objectives
· 25 days holiday to start which increase with service
