Job Description:
Role: Children’s Club Manager
Area: Sutton Coldfield
Pay: Between £13.00 to £16.00 per annum pro rata
Hours: Work scheduled hours from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday term time only.
Start Date: ASAP

Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Oversee the coordination of daily activities and operations within the club.
• Program Development: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational play activities.
• Child Development: Foster independence, confidence, and self-esteem in children.
• Safety and Care: Ensure a safe, caring environment where children can thrive and create lasting memories.
• Health Standards: Manage refreshments and uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards, including administering first aid as needed.
• Team Support: Provide support and supervision to playworkers, ensuring high-quality program delivery.
• Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication with staff, schools, and parents.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
• Childcare Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in a childcare setting with children aged 4-11, particularly Early Years.
• Certification: Appropriate Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and initiatives effectively.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of OFSTED requirements and Early Foundation Stage Framework.
• Personal Traits: Strong organizational skills, excellent behaviour management strategies, and a passion for childcare.
