Job Description:
Join Apogee as a Supplier Relationship & Compliance Coordinator and play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain. You’ll manage supplier relationships, ensure compliant onboarding, and drive continuous improvement. Be the central communication hub and collaborate across departments to uphold our procurement standards.
Supplier Relationship Management:
* Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships.
* Address supplier-related issues and inquiries.
* Manage contract terminations smoothly.
Supplier Onboarding and Compliance:
* Lead new supplier onboarding and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with teams to meet compliance standards.
* Conduct annual compliance reviews and mitigate risks.
* Control environmental impacts of supplier activities.
Procurement Support and Data Management:
* Assist with supplier onboarding to the procurement portal.
* Analyse supplier performance and generate reports.
* Ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
Administrative and Systems Management:
* Oversee daily supply chain operations.
* Handle confidential communications.
* Support special projects and process improvements.
Essential Criteria:
* Ideally experience in compliance and working with suppliers
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis, especially with Excel.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
* Self-motivated with attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria:
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
* Understanding of compliance and security standards.
* Awareness of environmental and sustainability practices.
* Relevant certifications in supply chain management or compliance.
