Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing high-value, complex accounts. Description of the role:
* Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities with existing customers.
* Pursue new business by following up on sales leads and researching new opportunities.
* Plan and attend client meetings and events, representing the company professionally.
* Maintain strong client relationships by delivering seamless service and effective problem resolution.
* Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, aiming for swift and positive resolutions.
* Act as a point of escalation for the team, assisting in complex problem-solving.
About you:
* Demonstrate success in a sales-focused role with experience in managing customer accounts.
* Exceptional skills in negotiation, objection management, and multitasking.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong team-oriented approach.

* Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
