Job Description:
An efficient Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join a growing finance department. The role is based in Maidstone and requires an individual with proficiency in accounts payable.

Description
* Manage all transactions related to accounts payable.
* Handle payment processes in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
* Monitor and reconcile invoices and statements.
* Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
* Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes.
* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
* Provide support to other team members as required.
Profile
The successful applicant:
* Ideally be studying or have studied towards AAT - not essential
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
