Job Description:
SC Cleared Azure Cloud Architect | Remote
Azure | Networking | Security | SC Clearance
SR2 has partnered with a leading consultancy that has secured a new long-term project with a public sector department. As such, we are looking for an SC Cleared Cloud Architect on an initial 6-month contract.
We are looking for someone to come on board and help design and implement an automated service catalogue within Azure alongside working closely with cross-functional teams to gather the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
As this is a new workstream, we are looking for someone to implement security best practices, cloud architecture best practices, and automation best practices, all to help optimise performance and scalability to support and exceed business needs.
Due to the nature of the work, there will be a firm preference towards those with SC Clearance but we are able to consider those who are eligible and willing to wait the 6-8 weeks SC Clearance on-boarding time.
Skills / Experience
* Extensive Azure experience
* Experience working as a Cloud Architect
* Previous design and implementation experience automating service catalogues
* Terraform
* Networking
This is a 6 month contract paying between £400-450 and will be fully remote, inside IR35.
