Job Description:
Working directly with the PI Sales Director and Executive Team to enable and support the growth strategy for PI within FINEX. 
* You will support the operational delivery of various industry specific sales campaigns working with the Sales Director, marketing and our industry teams. 
* Working with the teams and marketing to plan and collaboratively create engaging thought content such as articles, and web-based materials to go to market. 
* Continually review and develop the prospect landscape for each of the industry teams, facilitating any research as required.
* You will support the business unit with CRM pipeline management and forecasting, to ensure we monitor performance against budgets, pipeline and income received to achieve quarterly and year-end growth targets.
* As the Business Unit CRM Champion, you will be responsible for making sure the teams have the appropriate access and training for CRM and pipeline management and forecasting processes are adhered to. 
* Monthly and quarterly CRM reporting to support the Sales Director and Executive Team ahead of pipeline, forecasting and sales meetings.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication with team members
* Excellent organization and project management skills
* An understanding of the insurance industry, and Financial Lines is a benefit.
