Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

EXECUTIVE RECRUITER
Our client is seeking an Executive Recruiter to deliver a world-class recruitment lifecycle process. This includes talent mapping, market mapping, identifying talent, developing recruitment strategies, and negotiating executive compensation packages. The successful candidate will support the Talent Acquisition Lead with data-driven insights to influence business strategy and talent decisions. They will also connect leaders to the external talent market, ensuring the success of the talent management and succession planning approach through targeted campaigns.

What you’ll do:
As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional recruitment lifecycle process. You will utilise your skills in talent mapping, market mapping, and identifying top-tier talent. Your role will involve developing effective recruitment strategies, negotiating executive compensation packages, and managing onboarding processes. You will be instrumental in supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead by providing data-driven insights that influence business strategy and talent decisions. Your ability to connect leaders to the external talent market will be crucial in building our internal capability.
* Deliver a comprehensive recruitment lifecycle process including talent mapping, market mapping, and identifying talent
* Develop and negotiate executive compensation packages, offers and onboarding processes
* Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with the production of data-driven insight to influence business strategy and talent decisions
* Connect leaders to the external talent market to build internal capability
* Ensure the success of the talent management and succession planning approach through targeted campaigns
* Review both internal and external talent pipelines for executive/business critical roles
* Develop and maintain external networks with relevant industry contacts and suppliers
* Select a range of attraction methodologies that meet standards for diversity and fair access of opportunities
* Select assessment and selection processes to enable informed choices about candidates
* Deliver a recruitment service measured by key performance indicators and service level agreements

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Recruiter role brings extensive experience recruiting across complex business operations within a large matrix organisation. You have proven success in executing executive level end-to-end, 360 recruitment processes and research techniques. Your strong research background enables you to excel in market mapping and talent profiling. Your executive level communication, coaching, and influencing skills allow you to create credible and open relationships on talent. You are organised, driven, and passionate about talent acquisition.
* Extensive experience recruiting across complex business operations within a large matrix organisation
* Proven success of executive level end-to-end, 360 recruitment processes and research techniques
* Strong research background, market mapping and or talent profiling expertise
* Executive level communication, coaching and influencing skills
* Organised, driven and passionate about talent acquisition
* Strong Excel experience
* Full end-to-end recruitment value chain experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
