CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter) - Roles & Responsibilities
* Confidently interpret and set programmes from engineering drawings.
* Set up and operate various CNC lathes.
* Competently programme and set CNC machines using Fanuc controls and Alpha-Cam, with.
* Follow detailed verbal instructions accurately.
* Adhere to route cards and ensure compliance with specified processes.
* Submit ’first-off parts’ for inspection to ensure quality standards.
CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter) - Skills & Experience
* Hands on experience in precision machining, Turning Programming & Setting
* Experience in multi-change set-ups and demanding tolerances.
* Able to set & programme from technical Drawings
* Experience programming & setting using Fanuc controls and Alpha-Cam (experience with other programmes will be considered).
* Effective communication, both verbal and written.
* Willing to learn new skills.
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
