Description
* Begin to lead on deals, acting as the main point of contact with clients
* Oversee the preparation of IM and buyer research on sales projects
* Prepare/review financial analyses and report writing in connection with due diligence assignments
* Support wider team on business development
Profile
ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 12 months of corporate finance or transaction services experience
Job Offer
* Salary up to £55,000 (this can be stretched for a very strong applicant)
